"Multiple Sclerosis has caused a bilateral
Internuclear Ophthalmoplegia in this young woman. Nystagmus is
present in the abducting eyes in eccentric horizontal gaze. Adduction
is slightly limited and the saccade in the adducting eye is slow.
Upbeat nystagmus is present in upgaze."
